We have successfully installed washing stations at all bathrooms and kitchens. They are made of 5-litre water bottles, soap and a tiny nail for closing the hole in the water bottle.
All of that cost us nothing.
Each day, someone is declared responsible for exchanging the empty bottles.
It’s going great and the children are washing their hands frequently and with pleasure.
