You are more than welcome to write to the children. Please write in English (unless you know Swahili 
). It would be lovely if you got in touch with them, asked questions, told a bit about yourself, traditions, culture, sent some pictures etc.
Packages. There are some regulations for sending packages. Firstly, it takes 2 to 3 months for a package to get there. Secondly, it’s quite expensive. Thirdly, please fill it in a way that won’t let any child feel left out.
Of course it’s a great gift to them, letting them feel that they are loved. That’s priceless in itself.
